I have been reading the blog Gluten-Free Girl. She writes with passion and liveliness about her life and food, and has made me drool on more than one occasion (and I’m not even gluten free!) The other day she posted about making this egg… yum. I love eggs, and I can’t wait to try this when I have local fresh eggs later this week.
Â I grabbed my camera right before I dug in and didn’t have very good light in my early-morning kitchen. Eggs must be eaten promptly, or they go rubbery and I wasn’t willing to sacrifice my buttery, slow-cooked egg for a few snapshots.
